MaterialDock is designed for ordinary contractor business records. Only upload information you are authorized to use for a legitimate project.
This operational guidance is not a substitute for the professionally reviewed Terms of Service required before public registration.
Do not upload
- Social Security or other national identification numbers
- Banking credentials or online banking access information
- Full payment-card numbers, security codes, or PINs
- Medical or health information
- Government identity documents
- Passwords, authentication secrets, or recovery codes
- Malware, unlawful material, or data obtained without permission
Before sharing a document
Remove unnecessary sensitive fields, confirm that the document belongs to the intended company and project, and verify that you have permission to process client, employee, and supplier information.
Intended records
Typical records include business contacts, project details, product selections, prices, receipts, invoices, quotes, and related contractor documentation.
